Most made-to-order items require 2–9 business days for tailoring. Please refer to the specific product page for details.

Shipping Options (United Kingdom Only)

• Express Shipping (3–5 days) plus tailoring period: £9.35
• Standard Shipping (6–8 days) plus tailoring period: £0.00

Note: Delivery times are estimates. Holidays, severe weather, or courier delays may impact actual delivery. Please allow additional time when necessary.

Order Modifications or Cancellation

You may request changes or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting sales@animeoutletshop.com. After this period, production may already be underway and changes may not be possible.

Returns & Refunds

To return an item, please contact sales@animeoutletshop.com. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds or exchanges are available within 30 days of receipt, provided items are:

• Unwashed, unworn, and unused
• Defective or incorrect
• Returned in original condition

Used items or returns requested after 30 days are not eligible.
