30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure all products are carefully inspected and shipped in excellent condition. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
  • The request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

Requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable / Special Items

Certain items, including customized or made-to-order products, may not be eligible for full refunds. Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Return Reasons Accepted

  1. Defective, incorrect, or missing items
    Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos to support your claim.
  2. Order Cancellation
    • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase at no charge.
    • For customized or made-to-order items, cancellations after 24 hours may be subject to a handling fee of up to 30%.
    • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
  3. Incorrect Shipping Address
    Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for reshipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of confirmed defects or fulfillment errors.
  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For defective items, we may provide a replacement or refund after verification.

Replacement Process

Replacements will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Replacement orders are typically shipped within 4 business days of inspection approval.

Restocking Fees

Returns that do not meet our policy conditions may be refused, or may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%.
