We offer Free Standard Worldwide Shipping on all orders (no minimum purchase required).
Optional paid shipping upgrades (if available) and their costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–9 business days. The exact processing time may vary by product and will be shown on the product page.
Shipping Time
Shipping time begins after order processing is completed and depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Standard Shipping (Free): Approximately 9–15 days
- Recommended / Express Shipping: Approximately 5–10 days ($10.29)
Total Delivery Time
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Please do not plan around exact delivery dates.
Order Modifications or Cancellation
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at sales@animeoutletshop.com.
After 24 hours, orders may already be in production and cannot be changed or canceled.
Order Not Received
If your order has not arrived within 60 days from the shipping date, please contact us and we will assist with a replacement or refund after review.
This does not apply to delays or issues caused by customer-related errors, such as incorrect shipping addresses, missed deliveries, or stolen packages.
Returns, Shipping Costs & Duties
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the issue is confirmed to be caused by our error, we will assist with a replacement or refund and may cover the reasonable return shipping cost.
If a return is requested due to customer reasons (such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or other non-quality-related reasons), the customer is responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges incurred for returning the package (if applicable)
