I had to have sent like, 36 different correspondences with the sales team here at Anime Outlet Shop. This is hands down one of the best jackets I have ever purchased! The size fits great, the work is great, it keeps me warm even though I got just the basic fleece added. I would buy another product from them in a heartbeat!
