I had to have sent like, 36 different correspondences with the sales team here at Anime Outlet Shop. I cannot stress how beyond excellent their service was with regard to all of my specific inquiries. They were nothing but patient with me. I'm writing this review just after having ordered another hoodie through their site. This one happens to be a custom modification, and they have done nothing but obliged me. The hoodie arrived on time in tact and was of great quality. The material is soft and thick and the colors are Just as vibrant as the picture. The hoodie fits true to size ane looks really good on.
