I had to have sent like, 36 different correspondences with the sales team here at Anime Outlet Shop. I cannot stress how beyond excellent their service was with regard to all of my specific inquiries. They were nothing but patient with me. I'm writing this review just after having ordered another hoodie through their site. This one happens to be a custom modification, and they have done nothing but obliged me. I have to say, if I could hug the sales team I absolutely would. I love you guys, thank you for making such great products and giving the best customer service. The images are on both front and back, and the resolution is excellent. The sizing charts provided are spot on. I ordered the hoodie with the thickest liner and no regrets. She loves it and will get lots of use out of it
