I had to have sent like, 36 different correspondences with the sales team here at Anime Outlet Shop. I cannot stress how beyond excellent their service was with regard to all of my specific inquiries. They were nothing but patient with me. I'm writing this review just after having ordered another hoodie through their site. This one happens to be a custom modification, and they have done nothing but obliged me. I have to say, if I could hug the sales team I absolutely would. I love you guys, thank you for making such great products and giving the best customer service. I bought this Spiderman hoodie for a friend for his birthday and I'm not sure if it came with light fleece because it looks like one layer of material, here's some pictures. The hoodie part though looks like it has double material sown on but im not sure about the rest of jacket. Get back to me on this issue because I did pay extra for it. Thank you for your time
