I had to have sent like, 36 different correspondences with the sales team here at Anime Outlet Shop. I cannot stress how beyond excellent their service was with regard to all of my specific inquiries. They were nothing but patient with me. Really love the print on this hoodie! Colors are vibrant. I did not order the fleece with it. However, I can add under garments of my choice to make this warm, cozy, and fuzzy. ♥️
