I had to have sent like, 36 different correspondences with the sales team here at Anime Outlet Shop. I cannot stress how beyond excellent their service was with regard to all of my specific inquiries. They were nothing but patient with me. I'm writing this review just after having ordered another hoodie through their site. This one happens to be a custom modification, and they have done nothing but obliged me. I have to say, if I could hug the sales team I absolutely would. I love you guys, thank you for making such great products and giving the best customer service. Nice light weight hoodie, be sure to order 3-4 sizes larger. I wear a 2x and got a 5x it fit really well.

Now it’s a US size chart, so you can ignore some of the advice to buy a few sizes larger. I hesitated for a long time because of this, but luckily I didn’t miss out on this hoodie that I love.
