I had to have sent like, 36 different correspondences with the sales team here at Anime Outlet Shop. I cannot stress how beyond excellent their service was with regard to all of my specific inquiries. They were nothing but patient with me. I'm writing this review just after having ordered another hoodie through their site. This one happens to be a custom modification, and they have done nothing but obliged me. I have to say, if I could hug the sales team I absolutely would. I love you guys, thank you for making such great products and giving the best customer service. This was a christmas gift for our graddaughter which she just received it on Saterday night 1/7/23 when she opened the gift she started crying and put the hoodie on right away need less to say that she totaly loves it. we recomend your products the hoodie is great.
