I had to have sent like, 36 different correspondences with the sales team here at Anime Outlet Shop. I cannot stress how beyond excellent their service was with regard to all of my specific inquiries. They were nothing but patient with me. I'm writing this review just after having ordered another hoodie through their site. This one happens to be a custom modification, and they have done nothing but obliged me. I have to say, if I could hug the sales team I absolutely would. I love you guys, thank you for making such great products and giving the best customer service. I am without a doubt ordering from them again and again. I appreciate you all and be blessed.

I fell in love with the graphics on sight! The material is nice, and neatly sewed. I did not order the “fleece” with it. However, I can vary garments I wear underneath to accommodate weather conditions. I am satisfied with my purchase ♥️

The print definitely caught my attention and was loved by the child, but I did not see the US size comparison upon first purchasing and ordered a 2x based on size dimension. He had to squeeze into it, and it was disturbing to see the anticipation built up and then crushed with the fact that he barely squeezed into it. Apparently I should have ordered a 5x for an 11 year old which would have been a self confidence and body image issue.
