I had to have sent like, 36 different correspondences with the sales team here at Anime Outlet Shop. I cannot stress how beyond excellent their service was with regard to all of my specific inquiries. They were nothing but patient with me. I'm writing this review just after having ordered another hoodie through their site. This one happens to be a custom modification, and they have done nothing but obliged me. Really love the print on this hoodie! Colors are vibrant. I did not order the fleece with it. However, I can add under garments of my choice to make this warm, cozy, and fuzzy. ♥️

I bought this in a 3X for my son for his birthday. Not only does it fit great, he loves the material and style. He doesn't take it off. Great buy for a RWBY fan.
