I had to have sent like, 36 different correspondences with the sales team here at Anime Outlet Shop. I cannot stress how beyond excellent their service was with regard to all of my specific inquiries. They were nothing but patient with me. I purchased this for my Grandson. He LOVES IT!!! He's 7 years old. When he wore it to school, all of his classmates went crazy!! They were pointing out all of the characters! He was a hit!!
