I had to have sent like, 36 different correspondences with the sales team here at Anime Outlet Shop. I cannot stress how beyond excellent their service was with regard to all of my specific inquiries. They were nothing but patient with me. I'm writing this review just after having ordered another hoodie through their site. This one happens to be a custom modification, and they have done nothing but obliged me. Defintely look at the size chart. I ordered a 2XL so it would fit a little big ad it is a perfect fit. It's not real thick, so if you might want the fleece if you live or want to possibly wear it in the colder weather.

Im very impressed with this product it was very good quality zipper could have been a little more heavy duty but otherwise it is a great product
