This is hands down one of the best jackets I have ever purchased! The size fits great, the work is great, it keeps me warm even though I got just the basic fleece added. I would buy another product from them in a heartbeat!

I thought it would take production time plus shipping time, and I was a little disappointed because it would miss my daughter's birthday. But I received it less than ten days after placing my order!!! Alice told me that the balloons didn't need production time, which was a huge surprise!

I had to have sent like, 36 different correspondences with the sales team here at Anime Outlet Shop. Good quality and washed and dried like a dream. No wrinkles! My grand daughter hasn't taken it off since Christmas. She absolutely loves it!!
