I had to have sent like, 36 different correspondences with the sales team here at Anime Outlet Shop. I cannot stress how beyond excellent their service was with regard to all of my specific inquiries. They were nothing but patient with me. I'm writing this review just after having ordered another hoodie through their site. This one happens to be a custom modification, and they have done nothing but obliged me. I purchased this for my Grandson. He LOVES IT!!! He's 7 years old. When he wore it to school, all of his classmates went crazy!! They were pointing out all of the characters! He was a hit!!
