I had to have sent like, 36 different correspondences with the sales team here at Anime Outlet Shop. I cannot stress how beyond excellent their service was with regard to all of my specific inquiries. They were nothing but patient with me. I'm writing this review just after having ordered another hoodie through their site. This one happens to be a custom modification, and they have done nothing but obliged me. I have to say, if I could hug the sales team I absolutely would. I love you guys, thank you for making such great products and giving the best customer service. I was a little concerned about getting the item. I never researched the company before buying it, did so after and some claimed the company fraudulent. But, I received the item as promised. Good quality, reasonable price. It took a couple to get it but they said that upfront. Overall I am satisfied.

VIvid colors! Super-strong fabric material! The print characters are perfect, true to form. Well-made, "classy"! Much higher quality than I expected for the $32 price! My eyes watered (with joy) when I open the package! Beautiful!
