I had to have sent like, 36 different correspondences with the sales team here at Anime Outlet Shop. I was a little concerned about getting the item. I never researched the company before buying it, did so after and some claimed the company fraudulent. But, I received the item as promised. Good quality, reasonable price. It took a couple to get it but they said that upfront. Overall I am satisfied.
