I had to have sent like, 36 different correspondences with the sales team here at Anime Outlet Shop. I cannot stress how beyond excellent their service was with regard to all of my specific inquiries. They were nothing but patient with me. I thought it would take production time plus shipping time, and I was a little disappointed because it would miss my daughter's birthday. But I received it less than ten days after placing my order!!! Alice told me that the balloons didn't need production time, which was a huge surprise!
