I had to have sent like, 36 different correspondences with the sales team here at Anime Outlet Shop. I cannot stress how beyond excellent their service was with regard to all of my specific inquiries. They were nothing but patient with me. I'm writing this review just after having ordered another hoodie through their site. This one happens to be a custom modification, and they have done nothing but obliged me. I love the design! Personally, I am terrible about sizes. Bought a medium from a different site... way too big. So I bought a small from this site... way too small. I have a weird build though. Read the measurements and you should be fine. Everything about this Hoodia is on point and f***ing amazing!! I would recommend this site to anyone and everyone.
