I had to have sent like, 36 different correspondences with the sales team here at Anime Outlet Shop. I cannot stress how beyond excellent their service was with regard to all of my specific inquiries. They were nothing but patient with me. This sweatshirt took a long time to receive, but I was really happy with this purchase. The company had excellent communication when I was concerned about the delivery time, answered all my questions thru email very quickly. They were also helpful with sizing. The fabric is very different, but I think that it is what allows it to be so vibrantly colored.
