I had to have sent like, 36 different correspondences with the sales team here at Anime Outlet Shop. I cannot stress how beyond excellent their service was with regard to all of my specific inquiries. They were nothing but patient with me. I'm writing this review just after having ordered another hoodie through their site. This one happens to be a custom modification, and they have done nothing but obliged me. This is hands down one of the best jackets I have ever purchased! The size fits great, the work is great, it keeps me warm even though I got just the basic fleece added. I would buy another product from them in a heartbeat!
