I thought it would take production time plus shipping time, and I was a little disappointed because it would miss my daughter's birthday. But I received it less than ten days after placing my order!!! Alice told me that the balloons didn't need production time, which was a huge surprise!

I had to have sent like, 36 different correspondences with the sales team here at Anime Outlet Shop. The hoodie arrived on time in tact and was of great quality. The material is soft and thick and the colors are Just as vibrant as the picture. The hoodie fits true to size ane looks really good on.

I bought this in a 3X for my son for his birthday. Not only does it fit great, he loves the material and style. He doesn't take it off. Great buy for a RWBY fan.
