I thought it would take production time plus shipping time, and I was a little disappointed because it would miss my daughter's birthday. But I received it less than ten days after placing my order!!! Alice told me that the balloons didn't need production time, which was a huge surprise!

I had to have sent like, 36 different correspondences with the sales team here at Anime Outlet Shop. I cannot stress how beyond excellent their service was with regard to all of my specific inquiries. They were nothing but patient with me. I'm writing this review just after having ordered another hoodie through their site. This one happens to be a custom modification, and they have done nothing but obliged me. I have to say, if I could hug the sales team I absolutely would. I love you guys, thank you for making such great products and giving the best customer service.
