I had to have sent like, 36 different correspondences with the sales team here at Anime Outlet Shop. I cannot stress how beyond excellent their service was with regard to all of my specific inquiries. They were nothing but patient with me. I'm writing this review just after having ordered another hoodie through their site. This one happens to be a custom modification, and they have done nothing but obliged me. I have to say, if I could hug the sales team I absolutely would. I love you guys, thank you for making such great products and giving the best customer service. Was looking for something to help me blend in with the rest of the riffraff in the Citadel. This hoodie hits the spot. Everybody assumes I'm a quarian, and I get to eat free nutrient paste in the Wards. Even have a job interview with a tech startup, all thanks to this high-quality hoodie. Life couldn't be better.
