I had to have sent like, 36 different correspondences with the sales team here at Anime Outlet Shop. I cannot stress how beyond excellent their service was with regard to all of my specific inquiries. They were nothing but patient with me. I'm writing this review just after having ordered another hoodie through their site. This one happens to be a custom modification, and they have done nothing but obliged me. Unfortunately I don't think I have any pictures of it in my clothes because I bought it about a year ago and it's still very functional. But I really like this hoodie, it's very cute and soft, I've already ordered it twice because I love it so much, it's very comfortable to wear. I don't think it smells anything, but you'd better wash it first because it's a bit silky at first glance, I don't know how to describe it, but I definitely recommend it, the quality is very good and according to the size you buy, there is a lot of space inside and it is true to size!! ❤️

The print definitely caught my attention and was loved by the child, but I did not see the US size comparison upon first purchasing and ordered a 2x based on size dimension. He had to squeeze into it, and it was disturbing to see the anticipation built up and then crushed with the fact that he barely squeezed into it. Apparently I should have ordered a 5x for an 11 year old which would have been a self confidence and body image issue.
