I had to have sent like, 36 different correspondences with the sales team here at Anime Outlet Shop. I cannot stress how beyond excellent their service was with regard to all of my specific inquiries. They were nothing but patient with me. I'm writing this review just after having ordered another hoodie through their site. This one happens to be a custom modification, and they have done nothing but obliged me. Customer beware of spending extra for shipping. I paid extra for it to come before vacation and it came two weeks after. Just use the standard shipping

Now it’s a US size chart, so you can ignore some of the advice to buy a few sizes larger. I hesitated for a long time because of this, but luckily I didn’t miss out on this hoodie that I love.
