I had to have sent like, 36 different correspondences with the sales team here at Anime Outlet Shop. I cannot stress how beyond excellent their service was with regard to all of my specific inquiries. They were nothing but patient with me. I'm writing this review just after having ordered another hoodie through their site. This one happens to be a custom modification, and they have done nothing but obliged me. I have to say, if I could hug the sales team I absolutely would. I love you guys, thank you for making such great products and giving the best customer service. This hoodie is comfy and not to hot in summer plus keeps you warm in winter

I bought this Spiderman hoodie for a friend for his birthday and I'm not sure if it came with light fleece because it looks like one layer of material, here's some pictures. The hoodie part though looks like it has double material sown on but im not sure about the rest of jacket. Get back to me on this issue because I did pay extra for it. Thank you for your time

Sweatshirt is great and granddaughter loves it. Even girls in older classes at school stopped to say sweatshirt was GREAT!

Im very impressed with this product it was very good quality zipper could have been a little more heavy duty but otherwise it is a great product
