I had to have sent like, 36 different correspondences with the sales team here at Anime Outlet Shop. I cannot stress how beyond excellent their service was with regard to all of my specific inquiries. They were nothing but patient with me. I'm writing this review just after having ordered another hoodie through their site. This one happens to be a custom modification, and they have done nothing but obliged me. Looks and fits exactly like the photos. Really good quality. Super soft on the inside and smooth on the outside - not like those scratchy cheap polyester hoodies. It's not as heavy as the Comfrt hoodie but is great quality
