I had to have sent like, 36 different correspondences with the sales team here at Anime Outlet Shop. I cannot stress how beyond excellent their service was with regard to all of my specific inquiries. They were nothing but patient with me. I'm writing this review just after having ordered another hoodie through their site. This one happens to be a custom modification, and they have done nothing but obliged me. I have to say, if I could hug the sales team I absolutely would. I love you guys, thank you for making such great products and giving the best customer service. This sweatshirt took a long time to receive, but I was really happy with this purchase. The company had excellent communication when I was concerned about the delivery time, answered all my questions thru email very quickly. They were also helpful with sizing. The fabric is very different, but I think that it is what allows it to be so vibrantly colored.
