I had to have sent like, 36 different correspondences with the sales team here at Anime Outlet Shop. I cannot stress how beyond excellent their service was with regard to all of my specific inquiries. They were nothing but patient with me. Customer beware of spending extra for shipping. I paid extra for it to come before vacation and it came two weeks after. Just use the standard shipping
