I thought it would take production time plus shipping time, and I was a little disappointed because it would miss my daughter's birthday. But I received it less than ten days after placing my order!!! Alice told me that the balloons didn't need production time, which was a huge surprise!

I was a little concerned about getting the item. I never researched the company before buying it, did so after and some claimed the company fraudulent. But, I received the item as promised. Good quality, reasonable price. It took a couple to get it but they said that upfront. Overall I am satisfied.

I had to have sent like, 36 different correspondences with the sales team here at Anime Outlet Shop. I cannot stress how beyond excellent their service was with regard to all of my specific inquiries. They were nothing but patient with me. I'm writing this review just after having ordered another hoodie through their site. This one happens to be a custom modification, and they have done nothing but obliged me. This was a christmas gift for our graddaughter which she just received it on Saterday night 1/7/23 when she opened the gift she started crying and put the hoodie on right away need less to say that she totaly loves it. we recomend your products the hoodie is great.
