I had to have sent like, 36 different correspondences with the sales team here at Anime Outlet Shop. I cannot stress how beyond excellent their service was with regard to all of my specific inquiries. They were nothing but patient with me. I'm writing this review just after having ordered another hoodie through their site. This one happens to be a custom modification, and they have done nothing but obliged me. I have to say, if I could hug the sales team I absolutely would. I love you guys, thank you for making such great products and giving the best customer service. Unfortunately I don't think I have any pictures of it in my clothes because I bought it about a year ago and it's still very functional. But I really like this hoodie, it's very cute and soft, I've already ordered it twice because I love it so much, it's very comfortable to wear. I don't think it smells anything, but you'd better wash it first because it's a bit silky at first glance, I don't know how to describe it, but I definitely recommend it, the quality is very good and according to the size you buy, there is a lot of space inside and it is true to size!! ❤️
